Re: August Bill

Hello,
I recently received my first bill from your company after signing up for a new plan last month, and
I'm a little confused about some of the charges listed on it. I was under the impression that since
I opted for the most expensive monthly plan, I would be entitled to make unlimited local and
international calls, as well as send as many text messages as I like. However, it appears that I
have been charged for calling my friends in Australia and England. Can you please clarify for me
the rules of my particular cell phone plan?

Secondly, I'm confused about how to actually make the payment. Do I have to go into an
Interconnect Telecommunications outlet and pay in person, or can I set up a direct debit from my
bank account? The second option would of course be far simpler for me, so I hope it is feasible.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,
Horace Belford
